Vanshika builds simple, reliable systems around the work—weekly sprint rituals, editorial/content calendars, asset checklists, and progress dashboards—so leaders always know what’s shipped, what’s next, and what’s at risk. She partners closely with the Chief Strategy Office to maintain brand consistency across website, social, and client programs, while mentoring contributors and creators to raise the quality bar.
